GTC EMEA Senior Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Trade Controls Senior Analyst for the EMEA region to support trade compliance initiatives, advise business partners on customs regulations, and ensure adherence to import/export laws across the Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and Vision Products segments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and deliver GTC project objectives and deploy solutions across EMEA
- Support compliant trade flows and advise on customs topics including new trade flow setups
- Ensure import and export law compliance across EMEA region; align trade activities with policies
- Maintain GTC documentation and processes; support regional deployment
- Serve as primary contact between EMEA GTC team, Global Trade Segment teams, and Regional Trade Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Customs, International Trade, Export Control, or Trade Sanctions
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Customs or Trade Compliance
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset with innovative approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
- Process-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
