Senior Director CAPA & Escalation (BE/IE)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director to lead CAPA, escalation, and quality issue management across multiple regions. The role oversees a global team responsible for developing quality strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage 35-40 person global team handling CAPA, issue management, and escalation processes
- Develop and implement integrated quality management strategy with continuous improvement focus
- Establish governance framework for CAPA and escalation systems; monitor compliance and effectiveness
- Lead independent monitoring of CAPA processes; provide escalation metrics and trending data to leadership
- Partner with senior leaders across functions to ensure oversight and awareness of compliance status and risks
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing large, diverse global teams across multiple regions
- Deep expertise in CAPA processes, quality issue management, and escalation procedures
- Knowledge of GxP requirements and pharmaceutical quality management systems
- Experience developing and implementing quality governance frameworks and metrics
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions including R&D and operations
