IT Manager (Technical Product Owner) SAP Finance

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Owner to manage SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, bridging business and technology strategy. The role involves leading a global team, defining product strategies for Account-to-Report processes, and driving value realization across finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate strategic direction for SAP Finance products supporting enterprise transformation
- Lead global team of finance technology professionals across multiple domains and locations
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive solutions spanning process, technology, data, and governance
- Partner with finance and technology leaders throughout product development lifecycle and value realization
- Review user stories, specifications, and technical designs; coordinate development activities and testing
Requirements
- Experience as Technical Product Owner or similar role managing enterprise finance systems
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, General Ledger, and Account-to-Report processes
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and development execution
- Leadership experience managing teams of internal and external technology professionals
- Understanding of finance compliance regimes and regulatory trends (BEPS, SAF-T, tax reform)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior business and technology leaders
