EU Distribution Network Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Distribution Network Manager to lead the European Distribution Network team at facilities in Beerse or La Louvière, Belgium. The role oversees warehouse and distribution operations, team development, and ensures compliance and operational excellence across the EMEA distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members; foster culture of trust and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end distribution network improvements
- Monitor and maintain performance metrics for people, service, and budget targets
- Oversee repack and relabeling operations with flawless execution
- Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years international logistics, manufacturing, customer service, or planning experience
- Proven people management and team leadership experience
- Project execution expertise with lean and project management tools
- Strong collaboration and influence skills across organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems; change management experience
- Fluent English; Dutch or French preferred
Compensation: €79,800–€137,770 base
