Sr Program Manager Aseptic Manufacturing

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior program manager to lead strategic aseptic manufacturing initiatives at its Beerse facility. The role involves end-to-end program delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and site introduction of innovative products and technologies with emphasis on safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality standards, resources, and funding
- Build cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, and other organizational partners
- Engage stakeholders, communicate progress in governance forums, and provide recommendations for decision-making
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change
- Lead change management and organizational readiness through impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and coordinated communication
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing and new technology/product introductions
- Proven leadership of virtual and cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical, operational, and leadership audiences
- Quality and safety mindset with compliance orientation and focus on reliable execution
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Dutch is advantageous
Compensation: €96,000–€165,025 base
