Principal Scientist position in pharmacometrics at Johnson & Johnson focused on population modeling, simulation, and exposure-response analyses to support drug development. Responsibilities
- Conduct population PK, PD, and exposure-response analyses to inform dose selection and development decisions
- Write analysis plans and reports, define data requirements, perform QC checks, and interpret results
- Support clinical trial design and regulatory submissions through pharmacometric analyses
- Contribute to Model Informed Drug Development plans with guidance from senior leadership
- Present findings at internal and external scientific meetings; prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacometrics, or related field with 2+ years postdoctoral experience, or M.S. with 4+ years relevant experience
- Hands-on proficiency with pharmacometrics modeling software (NONMEM, Monolix, R)
- Working knowledge of PK and PK/PD modeling concepts and simulation methods
- Understanding of drug development processes, Model Informed Drug Development, and pharmaceutical R&D
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Compensation: €79,800–€137,770 base annual
