Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist

Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist role at Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, within the Innovative Medicine division. Leads technical investigations into deviations and incidents in device assembly and packaging, working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end investigations into deviations, incidents, and complaints in device assembly and packaging
- Analyze batch records, equipment data, and yield trends to assess product and compliance impact
- Define and drive corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams
- Prepare cGMP-compliant investigation reports and support product disposition decisions
- Coach operators and teams on investigation quality and problem-solving methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or chemistry
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated environment investigations
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, deviation management, and CAPA principles
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical data
- Professional-level English proficiency; Dutch language is an asset
- Familiarity with automated production equipment and vision/inspection systems preferred
Compensation: €60,000–€96,255 base annual salary
