Director, Clinical Data Transparency, EHDS Programme Management

Director role leading Johnson & Johnson's European Health Data Space programme management across clinical data transparency. Reports to Head of Clinical Data Standards & Transparency and drives strategy, governance, and implementation roadmap across multiple business functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver EHDS programme strategy, governance structure, and implementation roadmap aligned to regulatory and business requirements
- Lead integrated programme execution across workstreams including regulation monitoring, operating model design, technology enablement, and data cataloging
- Establish programme governance framework including decision rights, escalation pathways, and management of risks, dependencies, and issues
- Direct resource planning, capacity allocation, and transition of capabilities into sustainable internal ownership
- Develop and execute programme change management strategy encompassing impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption readiness
Requirements
- Strategic programme management experience in regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
- Proven ability leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizational units
- Understanding of European Health Data Space regulatory framework and clinical data governance
- Matrix leadership experience managing enterprise-wide dependencies and stakeholder alignment
- Strong capability in risk management, programme governance, and executive reporting
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational business capabilities
