Senior Engineer, R&D Digital

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Engineer to support Clinical Trial Management Solutions systems and processes across multiple European locations. The role involves optimizing CTM systems, supporting study teams, managing user administration, and driving digital improvements within clinical development operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement technology improvements that optimize CTM Solutions systems and deliver measurable value
• Assess study-team needs and translate them into practical system and process solutions
• Support study build, maintenance, and effective system use throughout the study lifecycle
• Provide end-user support through service tickets, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution
• Create and deliver training materials and guidance to enable effective system and process adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years clinical trial execution experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or CRO environments
• Proficiency with clinical development IT systems, Office 365, reporting tools, and database administration
• Solid understanding of drug development, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and FDA regulations
• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders across organizational levels
• Superior communication, business partnering, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Project Management or Process Improvement certification preferred

Compensation: €72,500–€115,230 (Belgium/Netherlands); €64,000–€103,040 (Netherlands base)
