2027 Supply Chain Young Graduate Programme - Engineering & Property Services
Johnson & Johnson
Three-year rotational graduate program in Supply Chain Engineering and Facilities Management at Johnson & Johnson's Beerse site. Graduates will rotate through business units, support facility projects, and receive structured coaching in a healthcare innovation environment.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple Engineering & Property Services business units over three years
- Contribute to facility management and infrastructure projects across production and R&D areas
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on building maintenance and enhancement initiatives
- Support project delivery while developing broad understanding of supply chain operations
- Work with Assignment Manager and Development Manager on tailored development plan
Requirements
- Scientific Master's degree awarded in 2027
- Strong interest in production and supply chain operations
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Analytical skills to understand complex business issues
- Proactive, decisive approach with ownership mentality
- Ability to work effectively across organizational levels
