Job Title: UX Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, conduct research, and design high-quality interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Analyze user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
- Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure user requirements are met.
- Maintain and evolve the organization's design system.
- Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams throughout the design process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio (mandatory).
- Proficiency with Figma , Axure , Conceptboard , and Mentimeter .
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
- Experience in user research, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Fluent in French and Dutch ; English is an asset.
