Junior Business Analyst Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support digital transformation and business process optimization initiatives within a public-sector environment. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and clarify needs.
- Create functional documentation, process maps, use cases, and business specifications.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for development teams.
- Support testing activities, including test preparation and coordination.
- Ensure implemented solutions align with agreed business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Initial experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business process analysis, use cases, and data modeling.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset.
- Experience within a public-sector environment is a plus.

- French: Active knowledge
- Dutch: Active knowledge
- English: Active knowledge
Work Environment
- Hybrid working model.
- Minimum two days per week on-site in Brussels.
- Teleworking permitted within Belgium.
