Job Title: Senior Management Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Assistant to provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary team of legal and financial professionals. The successful candidate will manage daily administrative operations, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, prepare and proofread documents, and serve as the primary point of contact in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and finalize letters, reports, and official documents.
• Manage correspondence, emails, filing, and administrative records.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries professionally.
• Create, maintain, and update case files and documentation.
• Organize internal and external meetings and occasional business travel.
• Provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Management or Team Assistant in a legal environment .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French .
• Working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) .
• Experience with SharePoint is an advantage.
