Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients en vue d'un CDI :
un Branch Manager h/f
votre profil
- avec une personnalité commerciale qui met un point d'honneur à la satisfaction du client;
- avec des talents de people management bien développés
- à l'écoute et montrant des aptitudes de communicateur qui dispose d'une bonne dose d'assertivité
- orientée résultats qui met l'accent sur la qualité et l'amélioration
- apte à résoudre les problèmes et à faire plusieurs choses à la fois
- dotée d'une mentalité ˝hands-on˝ – ˝getting things done˝
- démontrant de bonnes connaissances en informatique
Au terme d'une période de formation pendant laquelle vous apprendrez à connaître l'entreprise dans les moindres détails, vous assumerez le poste de Market Leader.
Vous dirigerez l’équipe et vous serez responsable d'atteindre les objectifs et d'assurer une croissance rentable de vos filiales dans le respect des normes et de la stratégie.. Vous rendrez compte au Country Manager.
vos fonctions :
- Vous serez responsable du fonctionnement quotidien au niveau commercial, opérationnel et administratif de votre filiale (gestion des stocks, contrôle des commandes, administration du personnel, caisse, facturation, enregistrement des jobs...)
- Vous serez responsable de la satisfaction des clients (cf. accueil, facturation, conversions, gamme de produits additionnelle)
- Vous serez responsable de la planification efficace du nombre de jobs en fonction du nombre de ressources
- Vous veillerez au bon fonctionnement des processus de travail et vous traduirez les objectifs en actions et buts à atteindre
- Vous dirigerez votre équipe et vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le coaching, la motivation et le développement de vos collaborateurs. Vous mènerez les entretiens Progresser Ensemble avec les membres de votre équipe
- Vous veillerez au respect des valeurs dans votre filiale, ainsi qu'à la qualité et à la sécurité
