Le poste
Afin de renforcer notre position en Belgique, nous recherchons un District Sales Manager Capital Goods motivé pour la région de la Wallonie et le Luxembourg.
La gamme Capital Goods comprend notamment :
- Systèmes de traite automatiques
- Systèmes de traite conventionnels
- Technologie des capteurs
- Autres solutions d'automatisation des étables
Dans ce rôle, vous êtes le point de contact pour nos concessionnaires dans votre région.
Vous les soutenez activement dans la vente de notre gamme After Market — des produits d’entretien aux solutions de confort et contrats de service — et vous les aidez à se développer en organisant des initiatives commerciales telles que des journées VIP, des portes ouvertes et des actions produits.
Votre travail est pratique, varié et orienté terrain : vous êtes aux côtés du concessionnaire, vous réfléchissez avec lui, vous agissez et vous créez ensemble un impact.
Vos responsabilités
• Accompagner et coacher les concessionnaires dans la vente et la promotion de la gamme After Market
• Les aider à saisir des opportunités commerciales via des actions, événements VIP et journées portes ouvertes
• Renforcer la relation entre DeLaval, nos concessionnaires et leurs clients
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Service et Marketing pour stimuler la croissance
• Suivre les évolutions du marché et traduire les opportunités en initiatives concrètes
• Définir les objectifs avec le Regional Sales Manager et veiller à leur réalisation
• Rapporter au Regional Sales Manager

Bachelier / expérience professionnelle équivalente
Autonome
Orienté client
Proactif
Affinité avec l’élevage, principalement laitier
Langues : Français et allemand est un atout
