Job Description Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts across Luxembourg and the European market, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, operational teams and decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and the expansion of BCE's service portfolio. Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives, market trends, and BCE's commercial strategy. Coordinate with internal technical, operational, and presales teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer success. Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. Monitor customer needs, industry developments, and market trends to proactively propose innovative solutions. Act as the voice of the customer within BCE, ensuring client expectations are understood and translated into actionable internal priorities. Maintain accurate account information, opportunity pipelines, and forecasts within the CRM system. Represent BCE at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across Europe. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of successful experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the media, broadcasting, telecommunications, technology, or related industries. Proven track record of managing large strategic customers and developing long-term business partnerships. Strong understanding of the media services, broadcasting, content distribution, or technology solutions ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, pricing, and revenue growth initiatives. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working in an international environment and managing stakeholders across different countries and cultures. Fluent in English and Luxembourgish (written and spoken); additional European languages are considered an advantage. Willingness to travel regularly within Luxembourg and Europe.
