To strengthen our talented teams, we are currently looking for a:
District Sales Manager – Netherlands & Germany (M/F/X)
As District Sales Manager, you are responsible for the business development of Leonidas in the Netherlands and Germany. Your priority is to grow revenue by strengthening our existing partner network and acquiring new customers and distribution channels.A true brand ambassador, you identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and actively contribute to the implementation of the commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop revenue in the Dutch and German markets.
- Main task: Prospect, negotiate, and integrate new partners (resellers and/or franchisees).
- Support the opening of new points of sale and the development of the network.
- Develop and retain a portfolio of existing customers.
- Deploy commercial actions and product launches in collaboration with the Marketing teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and propose development strategies.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and share key information with headquarters.
- Monitor your activity via CRM, sales forecasts, and reports.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with solid expertise in prospecting and developing distribution networks, franchises, or partners.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, food, or point-of-sale networks is a plus.
- Excellent command of Dutch and German; English and/or French are a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and/or German markets.
