Ons bedrijf is onlangs verhuisd naar een gloednieuwe fabriek in Nijvel om daar de volgende hoofdstukken van zijn geschiedenis te schrijven.
Om onze getalenteerde teams te versterken, zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een:
District Sales Manager – Nederland & Duitsland (M/V/X)
Als District Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van Leonidas in Nederland en Duitsland. Je prioriteit is het verhogen van de omzet door ons netwerk van bestaande partners te versterken en nieuwe klanten en distributiekanalen te werven.Als ware ambassadeur van het merk identificeer je groeikansen, analyseer je markttrends en draag je actief bij aan de implementatie van de commerciële strategie.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Omzetgroei realiseren op de Nederlandse en Duitse markten.
- Hoofdtaak: Nieuwe partners (wederverkopers en/of franchisenemers) prospecteren, onderhandelen en integreren.
- Begeleiden van de opening van nieuwe verkooppunten en ondersteunen van de netwerkontwikkeling.
- Ontwikkelen en behouden van een portefeuille van bestaande klanten.
- Commerciële acties en productlanceringen uitrollen in samenwerking met de Marketingteams.
- Nieuwe marktkansen identificeren en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden voorstellen.
- Concurrentieanalyse uitvoeren en belangrijke informatie delen met het hoofdkantoor.
- Je activiteiten opvolgen via CRM, verkoopprognoses en rapportages.
Gezocht profiel
- Bachelor of Master in Commerciële Economie, Marketing, Management of gelijkwaardig.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in commerciële ontwikkeling, met gedegen expertise in prospectie en ontwikkeling van distributienetwerken, franchises of partners.
- Ervaring in retail, FMCG, voeding of netwerken van verkooppunten is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Duits; Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en/of Duitse markten.
Je staat bekend om:
- Je vaardigheden in prospectie, onderhandeling en commerciële ontwikkeling.
- Je vermogen om een marktontwikkelingsstrategie op te stellen en uit te rollen.
- Je beheersing van CRM-tools en commerciële opvolging.
- Je autonomie, je organisatorisch vermogen en je resultaatgerichtheid.
- Je ondernemersgeest, je proactiviteit en je doorzettingsvermogen.
- Je analytisch vermogen en je oplossingsgerichtheid.
