Mission
En tant qu'Office Manager, vous serez responsable de la coordination des opérations administratives. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'agence :
- Gérer les opérations administratives de l'agence, y compris la gestion des fournitures de bureau, la gestion des contrats de service, la gestion des comptes fournisseurs, etc.
- Superviser les fonctions de la réception, notamment la gestion des appels téléphoniques et l'accueil des visiteurs.
- Coordonner les tâches de soutien administratif, notamment la gestion de l'agenda, la préparation des rapports, l'organisation des réunions, etc.
- Coordonner les activités de marketing, y compris la création de matériel de marketing, la coordination des événements et la gestion des relations publiques.
- Superviser la gestion des installations, y compris la maintenance des équipements, la sécurité des locaux et l'aménagement des bureaux.
Profil
- Vous possédez un diplôme en administration ou vous avez une expérience professionnelle avérée dans la gestion d'opérations administratives.
- Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et d’un esprit d'équipe développé.
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome et vous avez des facilités à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Outlook, Word, Excel) et l’orthographe.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(euse), enthousiaste, motivé(e) et savez faire preuve de diplomatie.
