CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is een toonaangevende wereldwijde aanbieder van geïntegreerd facilitair beheer en corporate real estate management.
Voor onze klant ENGIE in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega.
Als CBRE Facilities Coordinator werk je samen met klanten, leveranciers en aannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat facilitaire taken en werkorders worden uitgevoerd. Deze functie maakt deel uit van het functionele domein Facilities Management, dat zich richt op alle aspecten van de exploitatie van een geheel aan assets en ondersteuning biedt aan de Facility Manager met betrekking tot alle herstellingen en investeringsplannen. Dit is een functie op locatie waarbij je helpt zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en gastvrije werkomgeving in het nieuwe kantoorgebouw van ENGIE.
Verantwoordelijkheidsniveau:
Het leveren van best practices op het gebied van facilitair beheer en gebouwgebonden diensten, afgestemd op de bedrijfsbehoeften van de klant, conform de lokale wettelijke vereisten en in overeenstemming met alle bedrijfsrichtlijnen en -procedures.
Jouw profiel
- Praktische kennis van Microsoft-office producten
- Kennis van Facilities Management
- Ervaring met het beheren van commerciële sites is een pluspunt.
- Goed inzicht van technische diensten.
- Drietalige vaardigheid vereist: Nederlands; Frans en Engels
