- Beheer van personeelsadministratie van A tot Z
- Opstellen van interne communicatie
- Opmaak en opvolging van HR-documenten
- Coördinatie van voertuigbestellingen en afstemming op noden
- Ondersteuning van gebruikers en aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers
- Organisatie van lease contracten, vervangvoertuigen en inschrijvingen
- Samenwerking met leveranciers voor inrichting en opvolging
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans
- Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring binnen HR
- Kennis van personeeladministratie en van sociale wetgeving
- Kennis van tools zoals Excel en PowerPoint
- Een gevarieerde functie met lange termijn perspectief
