Technical Test Coordinator

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged on-site with the client to lead and execute testing and quality initiatives. You will perform all responsibilities and meet all requirements listed below while working closely with the client under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Test Management & Quality Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, test plans, test policies, and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, testability, and traceability.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation plans for critical business requirement.
• Organize and facilitate Test Readiness Reviews, Defect Triage Meetings, Go/No-Go and Release Quality Assessments.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle and ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level recommendations regarding release readiness and production deployments.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and solutions providers for the same software system.

Functional Testing:

• Design, implement, execute and lead comprehensive test plans covering: Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Validation Testing.
• Manage test environments, test data preparation, and test execution campaigns across Test, Acceptance and Production environments.
• Ensure complete requirements traceability through test scenarios and test cases.

SQL Database & API Testing:

• Lead database testing activities using SQL Server, Oracle Database, PL/SQL and advanced SQL scripting.
• Build and execute SQL queries, stored procedures, data validation scripts and automated controls.
• Manage data workflows using XML, JSON and structured integration files.
• Lead API testing initiatives using: Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Ensure API contract validation, data integrity, validation and integration quality across multiple systems.
• Coordinate defect resolution with development teams and external suppliers.

Contact Center & Genesys Cloud Testing (Highly desired):

• Validate end-to-end customer journeys across the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Test routing strategies, queue management and workforce-related configurations.
• Validate skills-based routing, priority routing and overflow scenarios.
• Verify agent state management, presence management and interaction lifecycle handling.
• Validate integrations between Genesys Cloud and external applications through APIs and event-driven interfaces.
• Perform testing of Genesys Cloud administrative configurations and operational processes.
• Validate SCIM-based user provisioning and identity management integrations.

Telephony & WebRTC Testing (Highly desired):

• Perform end-to-end telephony validation across contact center services.
• Validate SIP/WebRTC communication flows.
• Investigate and troubleshoot:
• STUN/TURN/ICE negotiation issues.
• Firewall and network-related communication problems.
• Call setup and call teardown failures.
• Audio quality degradation and latency issues.
• Browser media device conflicts (getUserMedia).
• Egress and network security restrictions impacting telephony services.
• Support root cause analysis of voice quality and connectivity issues.
• Helm release verification and rollback scenarios.

Test Automation Leadership:

• Define and drive the Test Automation Strategy.
• Lead automation initiatives and promote automation best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web Applications, APIs, Backend Services.
• Establish automation KPIs, coverage objectives and reporting mechanisms.
• Implement CI/CD testing practices and quality gates.

Performance Testing Leadership (Highly desired):

• Define and lead Performance Testing Strategy.
• Understand, design and execute: Load Testing, Stress Testing, Scalability Testing, Endurance.
• Analyze system bottlenecks and identify performance risks.
• Lead performance qualification activities and provide production readiness recommendations.
• Monitor application, infrastructure and database performance.
• Produce detailed performance analysis reports and executive recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud and development teams to resolve performance issues.

Quality Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards and testing processes.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs and testing metrics.
• Produce: Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Completion Reports, Quality Dashboards, Go/No-Go Recommendations, Performance Test Reports.
• Regularly report testing progress and quality status to Management, Product Owners, Development Teams and Executive Stakeholders.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Event-driven systems.

Tools & Technologies:

• Jira / Xray.
• Azure DevOps.
• Git / Bitbucket.
• Playwright.

• Telephony systems: Genesys Cloud.

Conformity Criteria:

• Education and experience
• The candidate holds a Master's degree in information technology.
• The candidate has at least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Technical Test Coordinator.
• The candidate has at least 3 years of proven professional experience as a Product Owner.
• DB and API integration expertise
• The candidate has at least 5 year of hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication, error handling, etc.).
• The candidate has at least 5 year of hands-on experience with Relational Databases.
• Language proficiency
• The candidate should have clear, structured communication skills in English (reading, writing, understanding). This has to be clearly demonstrated in the CV.
• The candidate has professional proficiency in at least one of the national languages (French or Dutch). Min. niveau B1.
• Availability and work arrangement
• The candidate confirms availability to work in a hybrid model with at least 2 days onsite per week (currently Tuesday and Thursday but could evolve based on the needs).
