As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most strategic clients, develop long-term partnerships. Act as the main point of contact for assigned existing and prospect accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities worldwide to maximize account value.

Coordinate with operations, product, and finance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report results with a business review to senior management.

Negotiate complex contracts agreements and renewals in alignment with company policies.

Contribute to strategic account planning and forecasting.

Experience: 7-12 years in account management on strategic sales, or client services, ideally in B2B or experiential marketing environments.

Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills.

Ability to build and present financial proposals with ROI analysis and business case development.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms).

Ability to analyze account data and generate actionable insights for portfolio growth.

Experience designing account development strategies and multi-year business plans.

Understanding brand activation and experiential marketing is a plus.
