- Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke opportuniteiten
- Beheren en verdiepen van bestaande klantenrelaties
- Analyseren van klantbehoeften en aanbieden van maatwerkoplossingen
- Onderhandelen en afsluiten van commerciële akkoorden
- Marktontwikkelingen opvolgen en rapporteren aan het management
- Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie als ambassadeur in de regio
- Ervaring in een commerciële of adviserende B2B-rol
- Sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden
- Resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en goed georganiseerd
- Commerciële mindset met een adviserende aanpak
- Vlot in het Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een plus
- Affiniteit met de Brusselse markt
- Een uitdagende commerciële functie met veel autonomie
- Grondige opleiding en continue ondersteuning
