Transcend GTO-QM, Commercial Quality

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Quality leader to guide the Transcend program, a global ERP modernization initiative consolidating pharmaceutical processes into a single SAP S/4 HANA platform. The role involves standardizing quality processes, serving as subject matter expert, and leading change across multiple regions from hybrid locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Quality process consolidation and standardization aligned with Transcend global roadmap
- Serve as Innovative Medicine subject matter expert for S/4 HANA capability adoption across regions
- Develop, document, and maintain the Global Template ensuring consistency across all markets
- Act as Change Champion supporting global harmonization and organizational adoption of new processes
- Support Business Simulation, User Acceptance Testing, and deployment activities across regions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certifications in PMP, APICS, or Lean/Six Sigma preferred
- Business functional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance within complex multi-ERP environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs
- Strong expertise in Commercial Quality processes and pharmaceutical operations
- Change management and global process standardization capabilities
