Jouw rol als Customer Service Advisor Backline
Bij DHL Express draait alles om service. Als Backline Advisor ben jij de expert achter de schermen die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van klantendossiers. Jij bent de schakel tussen klant, collega's en internationale partners - en zorgt ervoor dat elke zending tot in de puntjes wordt opgevolgd.
Wat je gaat doen:
. Je behandelt complexe dossiers zoals het opsporen van zendingen, adreswijzigingen en specifieke instructies voor internationale partners
. Je onderneemt proactief actie om problemen op te lossen of te voorkomen
. Je registreert acties volgens prioriteit en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang
. Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten en toont je commerciële flair
. Klachten? Jij weet perfect wanneer je moet doorverwijzen naar claims of operations
. Je communiceert vlot met alle interne departementen
. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt binnen het DHL-netwerk voor jouw klanten
. Je focus ligt op een geslaagd transport én een tevreden klant
Jouw profiel
Wie ben jij?
. Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring op Frontline
. Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans én Engels
. Je hebt een goede IT-kennis en werkt efficiënt met digitale tools
. Je krijgt energie van het zoeken naar oplossingen
. Klanttevredenheid is jouw drijfveer - jij gaat voor service met impact
