Robert Half Talent Solutions is op zoek naar Customer Service Medewerker (M/V/X) voor een internationaal bedrijf gelegen in Diegem . Het gaat om een opdracht van begin of midden augustus tot april 2027.
ls Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van positieve relaties met klanten en het efficiënt afhandelen van hun bestellingen. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Het opbouwen van een positieve relatie tussen jijzelf en de klant;
- Het afhandelen van bestellingen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail, website, en andere kanalen;
- Het invoeren van gegevens en details in de database en het uitvoeren van de benodigde controles zoals prijsbepaling, korting, contactgegevens;
- Indien nodig, klanten voorzien van bevestigingen met updates over de uitvoering van hun bestelling en de leveringsdatum.
Functievereisten:
- Minimaal A2 diploma en eerste werkervaring binnen administratie;
- Ervaring in een klantgerichte functie, bij voorkeur in de klantenservice;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans;
- Ervaring met een communicatieve functie met heel wat telefonie;
- Goede computervaardigheden, met name in het werken met databases en MS Office;
- Proactieve en flexibele houding ten opzichte van werkzaamheden en werktijden.
