Beschrijving van de functie
In deze sleutelrol stuur je het dispatchteam aan, beheer je een netwerk van ongeveer 50 transportpartners en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor een transportbudget van €6 miljoen. Je combineert people management, operationele expertise en financieel inzicht om onze prestaties elke dag verder te verbeteren.
Jouw uitdaging
- Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt jouw dispatchteam.
- Je bouwt sterke partnerships uit met transporteurs en onderaannemers.
- Je bewaakt kosten, marges en prestaties en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je onderhandelt tarieven, contracten en service levels.
- Je leidt optimalisatie- en digitaliseringsprojecten.
- Je vertaalt data en KPI's naar concrete resultaten.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat ons netwerk klaar is voor verdere groei.
Jouw profiel
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een coachende leider die mensen in beweging krijgt en energie haalt uit verantwoordelijkheid.
Daarnaast breng je mee:
? 7 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen transport of logistiek
? Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
? Sterke kennis van dispatching en transportnetwerken
? Ervaring met budgetbeheer en contractonderhandelingen
? Een analytische en resultaatgerichte mindset
? Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
