Jouw rol als Customer Service Frontline Advisor
Ben jij een geboren communicator met een passie voor klantgericht werken? Dan is deze functie jouw kans om écht impact te maken. Als Frontline Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten — jij zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag, elke zending en elk contactmoment vlot en professioneel verloopt.
Wat je gaat doen:
• Je helpt klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat — altijd met een positieve en oplossingsgerichte houding
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels
• Je adviseert over boekingen, tarieven en verzendopties
• Je zorgt voor een snelle en correcte opvolging van elk contactmoment
• Je denkt mee met de klant en biedt de beste oplossing voor hun logistieke uitdaging

Wie ben jij?
• Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor
• Je bent digitaal vaardig en communiceert vlot via verschillende kanalen
• Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
• Je bent een teamplayer met een commerciële mindset
• Je denkt in oplossingen en blijft kalm onder druk
• Je bent klantgericht, zelfstandig en professioneel
• Een eerste werkervaring is een plus, maar geen vereiste!

Je start via interim optie vast.
• Bruto maandloon: 2966,28€ bruto
• Bonusvergoedingen

• Aantrekkelijke vakantieregeling (ca. 35 dagen)
Contractvoorwaarden:
• Voltijds contract beginnen op interim met optie vast
• 38u/week
• Variabel uurrooster tussen 8u en 18u (7,6u/dag)
• Geen weekendwerk
