Project Manager - Electrical

Nextlink is seeking a talented Project Manager – Electrical for our client based in Anderlecht, Belgium. You'll be the driving force behind challenging electrical engineering projects, primarily in the tertiary sector (offices, hospitals, schools, and government buildings). From first study to final handover, you keep every project on track.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead projects from A to Z: from technical studies and planning through to execution and final delivery. You're the central point across the entire project lifecycle.
  
• Manage budgets and schedules:  you keep projects on time and within budget.
  
• Guarantee quality and safety: you maintain the highest standards and ensure all work is carried out safely and in full compliance with regulations.
  
• Collaborate with top-performing teams:  you coordinate technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for the client. Together, you deliver successful projects.
  

This is a hybrid role — around one day a week on the client/project site, with the rest remote.

Requirements

Y our Profile

• Solid experience managing electrical engineering projects, typically around 5 years or equivalent hands on expertise.
  
• Tertiary-sector experience is a plus — electrical installations in offices, healthcare facilities, or public buildings will give you an edge.
  
• Flexible and resilient — you adapt quickly to change and stay sharp under pressure.
  
• Driven and results-oriented — a genuine "make it happen" mentality, focused on objectives and calm in challenging situations.
  
• Qualified — a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Strong organiser and coordinator — you keep oversight, hold deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
  
• Proactive and hands-on — you think ahead, act early to keep projects on track, and solve problems as they arise.
  
• Excellent communicator — you build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Languages — excellent command of Dutch or French; English is a strong advantage.
