Senior Pricing Analyst Product & Service (m/f/d) (2-Year Contract) - Luxembourg

About the Role: As part of a parental leave cover for approximately two years, we are looking for an experienced pricing professional with strong commercial acumen to join our European organization. In this role, you will develop and optimize pricing strategies and commercial frameworks across our portfolio, with a strong focus on service pricing while supporting product pricing initiatives. Acting as a trusted business partner to our European sales organizations, you will independently drive pricing projects that contribute to profitable growth. Responsibilities Develop and continuously improve pricing strategies, methodologies, and tools for FANUC's European service and product portfolio, with a primary focus on service pricing Manage value-based pricing structures, commercial policies, and pricing frameworks to support profitable growth Identify and realize pricing optimization opportunities across products, services, customer segments, and European markets Support quotation management, special pricing requests, and commercial decision-making in close collaboration with European sales organizations Deliver pricing analyses, profitability evaluations, benchmarks, and management reporting to drive informed business decisions Ensure transparent and consistent application of pricing guidelines, governance principles, and commercial standards across the European organization Support the ongoing transition of pricing processes and data from Oracle JDE to SAP S/4HANA by collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders across Europe Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a comparable qualification Several years of relevant professional experience in Pricing, Product or Sales Controlling, Product Management, or Commercial Excellence, ideally with a focus on service pricing Experience in an industrial B2B environment, such as machinery, factory automation, industrial equipment, or components and spare parts Experience with product pricing as well as intercompany and transfer pricing structures within an international business environment is highly desirable Advanced user of Excel and Power BI; ideally experienced with SAP S/4HANA Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to derive actionable business recommendations from large data sets and market analyses Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous At FANUC, we celebrate diversity and welcome applicants fro...
