The pharmaceutical company EG is a Belgian company and leader of generic medicines in Belgium. Today, the company counts 190 collaborators. EG is part of STADA Group and consists of 3 divisions: EG Generics, Consumer Care & Specialty Care. The EG Generics portfolio contains almost 700 medicines (mostly prescription medicines) destined for the treatment of health problems in almost every therapeutic domain. EG Consumer Care creates innovative brands of nutritional supplements, medical aids and medicines that are available in pharmacies without prescription (OTC). We emphasize ‘evidence-based nutraceuticals’: nutritional supplements that are scientifically tested and who help you sustain your health. EG Specialty Care also offers very specialized prescription medicines – mainly to hospitals and psychiatric institutions. This department is essential for ensuring that the company’s products meet the needs of its stakeholders (patients, doctors and pharmacists) while driving business growth. By effectively communicating product benefits, fostering relationships, and adhering to regulatory standards, the team plays a vital role in the overall success of the organization and contributes to better health outcomes for patients and improved support for healthcare professionals.

About your role

As Pharmaceutical Representative, you are responsible for the sales results and market share growth of the free sales of the promoted products in the pharmacies in your region.

You are responsible for both the sell-in and sell-out. Building a good network with relevant pharmacists, negotiate sales and train pharmacy staff to support the sales of our products in the pharmacy store is key for success.

How you can make an impact

• Represent and promote EG products and services to Pharmacists within a specific geographic region
• Utilize advanced selling skills to drive sell-in and sell-out
• Build and extend business relationships with target pharmacists and pharmacy staff in the assigned region
• Develop and implement high-quality business plans for your region and initiate required actions to achieve sales objectives
• Analyze and review performance of assigned pharmacists against business plans to maximize opportunities and take actions to drive sales growth
• Proactively seek business opportunities to grow business.
• Actively participate in team and company meetings by sharing insights, sharing of best practices, generating new ideas

• Sales & negotiating experience is necessary, with pharmacies in the region is an advantage.
