Case Manager for Domestic and International Services & IMA (Pricing Specialist) (M/F) - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract - Luxembourg

As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for processing and tracking our members' medical expense reimbursement claims and will interact directly with them. Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include the following: Verify, analyze, and enter reimbursement requests in accordance with the CMCM's bylaws Verifying and updating our members' personal information Handle the administrative processing of files and update them in our system Communicating with our members (by phone, email, app, and in person) and healthcare professionals (health insurance providers, doctors, hospitals) to clarify issues, provide information, and offer advice Ensure compliance and guarantee high-quality service Collaborate with other departments (membership, accounting, dental) to improve internal processes Technical Skills: Excellent oral and written proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English Interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in standard computer software Knowledge of the healthcare sector and of the various health and social security systems is considered an asset Previous experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset Behavioral Skills: Adherence to professional ethics Organizati...
