Senior Director, Technology Services EMEA

Senior Director leading Johnson & Johnson's Technology Services strategy and execution across EMEA. This regional leadership role translates global technology strategy into regional priorities, oversees service performance and operational governance, and drives adoption of enterprise platforms while leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve on Global Technology Services Leadership Team and EMEA JJT Council, providing regional insights and strategic input
- Translate global technology strategy and roadmaps into regional priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Lead regional Technology Services teams, setting expectations, coaching talent, and building inclusive culture
- Monitor service health through KPIs and operational metrics, engaging in governance forums and incident management
- Partner with regional business stakeholders and global service owners to optimize investments and demonstrate technology value
Requirements
- Senior technology leadership experience managing large regional or enterprise organizations
- Proven track record translating global strategy into regional execution and delivery
- Experience with service governance, operational metrics, and performance management
- Strong people leadership skills with ability to coach and develop diverse teams
- Demonstrated expertise in technology architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Experience building stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions
- Knowledge of enterprise platform adoption, cloud services, or digital transformation
