Job Description

Providing personalised, high-quality customer service
Developing personalised offers through optimised CRM management
Analysing performance using KPIs
Qualifications

Be fully trilingual in NL-FR-EN
Have previous experience in customer service or sales, or hold a higher education qualification
An interest in sport, casinos and bookmaking
Excellent communication skills
Good listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
