Wat je gaat doen
Als medewerker goederenontvangst / Front Desk Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vrachtwagenchauffeurs aan het loket van onze logistieke hub in Brussel. Je ontvangt chauffeurs, verwerkt alle inkomende en uitgaande documenten in het voorraadbeheersysteem, en geeft duidelijke instructies over het laden en lossen van goederen. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met collega's van customer service om problemen vlot en efficiënt op te lossen.
Je dag start in één van de twee shiften: van 6u tot 14u of van 14u tot 22u. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke chauffeur correct wordt geholpen, controleert documenten, voert gegevens accuraat in en schakelt moeiteloos tussen het Nederlands, Frans, Engels en eventueel Duits. Dankzij jouw stressbestendigheid houd je het hoofd koel, zelfs tijdens drukke momenten. Je blijft vriendelijk en klantgericht, en draagt bij aan een vlot logistiek proces.

Jouw vaardigheden & kennis
Je bent nauwkeurig in het verwerken van data en documenten
Je kan zelfstandig en autonoom werken
Je blijft kalm en efficiënt onder tijdsdruk
Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én Frans (schriftelijk en mondeling), en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels; Duits is een plus
Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (6-14u of 14-22u)
