At Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, we are looking for a motivated and passionate intern with a strong interest in luxury hospitality to join our Front Office team. You will actively take part in welcoming our guests in an environment defined by elegance and personalized service.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism, in accordance with the standards of Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels.
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out), and follow up on guest requests.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
- Participate in administrative tasks related to the reception desk.
- Serve as an ambassador of the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, embodying our values of hospitality, respect, and authenticity.
- Student enrolled in a hospitality management school or hotel training program, holding a valid internship agreement.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a natural sense of service.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable with computer tools and hotel software (preferably Opera Cloud or equivalent).
- Enthusiastic, guest-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.
- Internship agreement required, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
- Available starting JANUARY 2ND 2027.
