Au coeur de Bruxelles, à deux pas de la Grand Place et à côté du quartier européen, le Sofitel Brussels Europe est un hôtel élégant doté d'une situation idéale sur la Place Jourdan, l'une des dernières places typiques de la ville. Proche du célèbre Parc du Cinquantenaire et des musées, il est le point de départ idéal de toutes les visites de la capitale européenne.
Description du poste
Vos différentes missions seront:
- Accueillir le client au téléphone selon les standards Sofitel
- Prendre des réservations et développer ses compétences commerciales
- Utiliser le système informatique Opera
- Mettre à jour les profils des clients afin d’assurer un service encore plus personnalisé
- Maîtriser les procédures d’enregistrement et de facturation
- Connaître et appliquer toutes les procédures à suivre pendant le séjour d’un client
- Comprendre les rapports qui sont utilisés par les shifts du matin, du soir et de la nuit
- Connaître les différents services de l’hôtel dans le but de les promouvoir auprès des clients
Qualifications
- Communique avec clarté et efficacité, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec les clients, en s'adaptant à différents interlocuteurs et situations.
- Fait preuve d’un grand sang-froid et d’une capacité de concentration même sous pression, en maintenant un haut niveau de performance dans toutes les circonstances.
- Parle couramment le français et l’anglais.
- La maîtrise du néerlandais et/ou de l’allemand est un atout majeur, très apprécié.
Stage d'une durée de 3 mois minimum.
