Ik doe meeIn het kader van een nieuw en partnership project zijn wij op zoek naar een Partnership manager die zich wil inzetten voor de ontwikkeling van innovatieve initiatieven binnen een organisatie met een betekenisvolle missie en een toekomstgerichte visie.
Naast een traditionele commerciële aanpak draait deze functie om het creëren van sterke partnerships, het uitbouwen van langdurige relaties en het ontwikkelen van een betrokken bedrijfsnetwerk ten dienste van het algemeen nut.
Als partnership manager speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van de activiteiten van de stichting en de groei van dit nieuwe project.. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het identificeren en benaderen van relevante bedrijven en beslissingsnemers
- Het uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame B2B-relaties
- Het begeleiden van bedrijven van eerste contact tot engagement en partnerschap
- Het actief laten leven van het bedrijfsnetwerk via regelmatige opvolging
- Het meedenken over de groeistrategie en het formuleren van duidelijke doelstellingen
- Het opvolgen van resultaten aan de hand van KPI’s en rapportering
Prospectie gebeurt via verschillende kanalen: gesprekken, e-mail, telefoon en persoonlijke ontmoetingen. Je krijgt veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.
We zijn op zoek naar een ondernemende persoonlijkheid met overtuigingskracht en empathie.
- Je beschikt over een bestaand netwerk in de bedrijfswereld
- Je hebt een ruime ervaring in business development , partnerships
- Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in maatschappelijke en filantropische projecten
- Je bent sterk in het opbouwen van vertrouwen en langdurige relaties
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, mondeling én schriftelijk in Nederlands en frans
Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
- De kans om mee te bouwen aan een nieuw project met maatschappelijke impact
- Een functie met zin, autonomie en vertrouwen
- Flexibele werkuren en mogelijkheid tot gedeeltelijk remote werken
- Werkplek in een coworkingruimte in Brussel (vlot bereikbaar – metro Kunst-Wet)
- Freelance samenwerking of een vast contract
- Een klein, geëngageerd team met een duidelijke missie
