Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and execute fleet sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and growth targets. Identify new opportunities within corporate fleets, leasing companies, rental agencies, and public-sector organizations.

• Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline into long-term business partnerships.

1. Account Management & Customer Relations:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at fleet operators, leasing partners, and major corporate clients.

• Lead negotiations of fleet agreements and manage tender processes.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term retention through proactive account management.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, and Network teams to develop competitive fleet offerings.

• Provide customer insights to support product planning and commercial strategies.

• Work closely with Finance on pricing, leasing solutions, and incentive schemes.

4. Market Intelligence:

• Monitor fleet market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments affecting corporate mobility.

• Represent the brand at fleet events, industry conferences, and professional associations.

• Prepare regular market and customer reports to support strategic decision-making.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.

• A proven track record in active account acquisition and closing deals within the Belgian and/or Luxembourgish fleet and lease industry.

• 5+ years of experience in fleet sales, leasing, mobility, or automotive B2B sales.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French .
