Functieomschrijving
Zorgen voor performante werkomgevingen
- De kwaliteit, continuïteit en goede prestaties van Facility-diensten garanderen (onderhoud, veiligheid, schoonmaak, leveranciers).
- De dagelijkse operaties coördineren en leveranciers aansturen met focus op kwaliteit en kosten.
- Projecten rond inrichting, renovatie en optimalisatie van werkruimtes begeleiden, afgestemd op gebruik en businessnoden.
- Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, conforme en duurzame werkomgeving, in lijn met ESG- en regelgevende vereisten.
Een slimme en duurzame mobiliteit ontwikkelen
- Het wagenpark en mobiliteitsoplossingen beheren (leasing, pool cars, laadpalen, alternatieve oplossingen).
- Kosten optimaliseren en beslissingen ondersteunen via TCO-analyses en marktbenchmarks.
- Het mobiliteitsbeleid laten evolueren in lijn met wettelijke, ecologische en strategische ontwikkelingen.
- Duurzame, flexibele mobiliteitsoplossingen promoten, afgestemd op de verwachtingen van medewerkers.
Performantie & reporting aansturen
- De budgetten mbt Mobility en Facility opvolgen en optimaliseren.
- KPI's definiëren, opvolgen en analyseren: kosten, gebruiksgraad, CO₂-uitstoot, servicekwaliteit.
- Gestructureerde en actiegerichte rapportering opleveren voor management, HR en Finance.
- Data (fleet, mobiliteit, leveranciers) benutten om verbeteropportuniteiten en transformatie te identificeren.
Impact creëren
- Een referentiepunt zijn voor medewerkers en interne en externe stakeholders.
- Een vlotte employee experience garanderen over de volledige employee journey, van onboarding tot offboarding.
- Actief bijdragen aan de professionalisering van de processen en de evolutie van werkmethodes.
- +8 jaar sterke ervaring in Facility & Mobility Management
- Sterk analytisch vermogen, met talent voor sturing en rapportering
- Gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht, met een uitgesproken service mindset
- In staat om strategische visie te combineren met operationele uitvoering
- Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden
- Perfect tweetalig NL / FR
