Customer operations specialist logistics | Zaventem | ENG

We are looking for a customer operations specialist for a company in Zaventem. The company is specialized in the distribution of chemical products for industrial usage.
You will interact directly with customers, sales managers, logistics operations, technical teams, etc.

Your tasks:

-You respond to requests, solve issues and ensure a great customer experience.
-You manage the entire sales order process operations for the EMEA region.
-You handle the entire cycle including organizing transport and logistical aspects, liaising between different departments, service providers and providing on-time information to customer .
-You ensure that all the movements from the production and storage sites are made with correct documentation and declarations.
-You liase with sales, product marketing and supply chain departments to align on terms and conditions, product availability, prices, credit limits, payment terms etc.
-You process customer complaints and collaborate with responsible departments.
-You process documentation requests after sales.

Profiel

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Marketing, Sales etc. or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in customer service with strong a background of logistics.
- You have knowledge of Export processes.
- You have a very good knowledge of English.
- You have experience working with SAP.
- You are meticulous in your work and have a can-do attitude
- You are a team player and have good communication & interpersonal skills.
- You have a structured way of working, keep track of multiple orders in different stages, keep all stakeholders in the loop and anticipate on issues that might arise.
