IMPACT National Accounts
- Apporter un conseil technique éclairage de qualité à nos clients professionnels.
- Réaliser des études d’éclairage dans Dialux
- Suivre les projets de A à Z : analyse du besoin, étude, offre, alternatives, commande et suivi.
- Rédiger et compléter les cahiers des charges .
- Établir les devis , proposer des alternatives techniques et commerciales.
- Assurer le suivi des offres et encoder les commandes.
- Répondre aux questions des clients et les accompagner tout au long du projet.
- Développer les opportunités de cross-selling et d’ upselling .
- Assurer le suivi logistique : délais de livraison, état des stocks, livraisons planifiées et commandes en cours.
- Conseiller et accompagner les clients lors de leur visite au Lightlab .
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe commerciale, l’équipe logistique et les fournisseurs partenaires.
- Vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience dans le secteur de l’éclairage.
- La connaissance de Dialux est un atout important.
- Vous avez une forte affinité technique, avec un intérêt marqué pour les solutions d’éclairage.
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans un rôle à la fois technique et commercial.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) client et service.
- Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et désireux(se) d’apprendre.
- Vous disposez de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et communicationnelles.
- Vous êtes bilingue français-néerlandais , indispensable pour cette fonction à Bruxelles.
