You will deliver best in class service to the customers and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.

Your tasks:

-You ensure end-to-end logistic delivery and order management in order to deliver medicines from manufacturing plants to patients on time.
-You help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what’s possible and taking action.
-You carry out activities involved in distribution and order centers' receipt and filling of customer orders.
-You conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey, prepare analysis and follow up with action plans.
-You manage the order fulfilment process, ensure the proper contract is being applied, provide budget management support, create and distribute order fulfilment reports to relevant stakeholders.
-You analyze transactions for source of error, re-process corrected transaction, and implement needed corrective actions.
-You provide deduction resolution and assist customers and field sales with credit held orders.
-You monitor and resolve customer complaints regarding failed, incorrect or missing advanced shipping notices.
-You perform ongoing master data maintenance activities required for effective order management, and reporting accuracy.
-You ensure timely application of import and export licenses.

Profiel

Your profile:

-You have very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) because this is the main language of communication.
-You have experience in a customer facing role delivering best in class customer service to enhance the customer experience
-You have a bachelor's degree in a supply chain related discipline.
-You have knowledge of import and customs clearance activities.
-You have good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and SAP.
-You have experience in operating within a Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Distribution Practice environment.
-You are a strong team player, who is comfortable in cross functional teams to achieve a common goal.
-You have a customer oriented mind-set with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
-You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile for clients.
