Ons klantbedrijf is actief in de ontwikkeling, productie en commercialiseringe van bouwgerelateerde designproducten. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 350 medewerkers en is een toonaangevende wereldspeler in zijn sector. Teneinde de exponentiële groei te bestendigen, gaan we het performante team versterken met een QUALITY ENGINEER Functieomschrijving Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, bewaken en continu verbeteren van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen onze productie met volgende scoop: Implementeren en verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen; Uitvoeren en begeleiden van interne kwaliteitsaudits; Ondersteuning bieden aan de productieafdelingen in het verbeteren van hun productkwaliteit (oa opstellen en opvolgen van kwaliteitsrapportages en KPI’s); Ondersteunen bij root cause analyses Analyseren van klantenklachten en initiëren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen; Samenwerken met leveranciers om inkomende kwaliteit te borgen; Samenwerken met ontwikkeling bij het ontwerp van nieuwe producten; Meewerken aan procesvalidaties; Trainen en sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond kwaliteitsnormen en -bewustzijn. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, ontwikkeling en leveranciers om te zorgen voor een constante en hoge kwaliteitsstandaard en rapporteert aan de kwaliteitsmanager. Profiel Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bv. Elektromechanica, industrieel ingenieur, …). Ervaring in een kwaliteitsfunctie binnen een productie- of maakomgeving. Kennis van kwaliteitsmethodieken en ervaring in het toepassen ervan. Ervaring met het uitvoeren van audits. Kennis en ervaring met Lean en QRM technieken zijn een plus. Goede kennis van Nederlands, zich vlot kunnen uitdrukken in Frans en Engels. Samenwerken is voor jou een belangrijke waarde. Je durft initiatief tonen en zoekt actief naar manieren om efficiënt te werk te gaan. Je draagt bij aan een aangename en gezonde werkomgeving. Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Hands-on mentaliteit en overtuigingskracht. Je werkt gestructureerd, je bent punctueel, resultaatgericht. Je weet anderen mee te nemen in kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
