Technical Support Engineer

Beschrijving
Functie- Schrijven of assisteren bij het schrijven van testprotocollen/rapporten, change requests, CAPA’s, rootcause analyses en technische documentatie met bijhorende rapportage
- Opvolgen van de beoordeling van de opgestelde Sharp documenten binnen het eigendom
- Beheer van testen, changes en CAPA actionlists en het garanderen van de noodzakelijke vooruitgang hiervan
- Ondersteuning in het uitvoeren van testen, risico assessment en crossfunctionele rootcause analyses en andere technische assessments en de noodzakelijke rapportages hiervan
- Ervoor zorgen dat wijzigingsaanvragen en correctieve acties worden gedocumenteerd en opgevolgd binnen de productiefase. Dit gebeurt in overleg met alle betrokken afdelingen.
- Schijven of assisteren bij het schrijven, updaten en bewaken van URS en interne technische machine procedures (BIO, BIT, TA, POS, CAL, WRKI, DETE)
- Uitvoeren, beheren, begeleiden en reviewen van audit trails, user access, kalibraties en spare/wear parts van machines in het Asset Management Systeem
- Proactieve ondersteuning m.b.t. GMP correct werken
- Indien noodzakelijk assisteren van andere afdelingen met gelijkaardige activiteiten
Profiel
- Technisch Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector
- Ervaring in het schrijven van rapporten
- Ervaring met GMP eisen (kwaliteitssystemen, procedures, training enz.)
- MS Office
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
- Sociale vaardigheden, integriteit
- Een trekker met een positieve, open en proactieve gedachtegang
- Kan zowel conceptueel als analytisch denken
- Punctueel en gedetailleerd
- Geduldig en beheerst
