Internal Sales Engineer

FunctieOnze klant is op zoek naar een Internal Sales Engineer die een sleutelrol speelt in het vertalen van klantvragen naar technische oplossingen, offertes en lay-outs. Je combineert technische kennis met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en ondersteunt het salesteam in het volledige salesproces.
Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Voorbereiden van technisch correcte en commerciële offertes voor machines en productielijnen
- Vertalen van klantvereisten naar machineconfiguraties, lay-outs en technische tekeningen (2D/3D)
- Ondersteunen van het salesteam door technische informatie voor te bereiden, controleren en toe te lichten
- Samenwerken met engineering, service en operations om details te valideren
- Zorgvuldig opvolgen van open technische vragen en tijdig antwoorden voorzien
- Actief meewerken aan het verbeteren van tools, processen en documentatie
Profiel
Onze klant zoekt een kandidaat met volgende kwalificaties:
- Technische achtergrond (mechanica, industrieel ontwerpen, automatisatie of vergelijkbaar)
- Vlot begrijpen en maken van tekeningen en lay-outs
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met sterke administratieve vaardigheden
- Goede kennis van Excel en Word
- Communicatief sterk en in staat technische informatie helder uit te leggen
- Teamspeler, maar ook zelfstandig en goed in plannen
- Flexibel en stressbestendig
