FunctieBen jij op zoek naar een uitdagende rol als Support Engineer binnen de service afdeling? Hieronder alvast een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Eerstelijns support geven omtrent technische vragen aan professionele klanten.
- Behandelen van de vragen via mail en telefoon om deze vragen zo efficiënt mogelijk te verhelpen.
- Detecteren of het nodig is om een technieker ter plaatse te sturen.
- Nauwe samenwerking met planning om mogelijke interventies bij de eindgebruiker te organiseren en te optimaliseren.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in onze missie om hoogwaardige service te bieden en duurzaamheid verder te ondersteunen.
Profiel
Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar iemand met:
- Relevante ervaring van 3-5 jaar in een technische functie, bij voorkeur binnen HVAC, maar open voor andere technische affiniteit.
- Perfecte tweetaligheid in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.
- Een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt en bijdraagt aan gezamenlijke successen.
- Administratieve vaardigheden en goed opvolgingsvermogen.

Organisatie
Dit bedrijf is actief in energiezuinige systemen voor binnenklimaat. Dit omvat o.a. Warmtepompen, en ventilatiesystemen voor de residentiële markt. Ze zijn onderdeel van een Nederlandse groep waar het merendeel van hun producten ook geproduceerd worden. In België hebben ze een sales en aftersales vestiging met een 35-tal werknemers.
Bovendien zetten ze heel erg in op duurzaamheid en willen ze tegen 2030 energieneutraal produceren. Ter ondersteuning van het support team zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een extra support engineer.
