Als Technical Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren van de commerciële groei en het opbouwen van sterke relaties met klanten en prospects. In deze cruciale rol identificeer je groeikansen, zorg je voor tevreden klanten door kwalitatieve projecten te leveren en werk je nauw samen met technische teams om oplossingen te vinden die voldoen aan de specifieke klantbehoeften.Voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden: Klantenbeheer
- Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande klantrelaties.
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
- Begrijpen van klantbehoeften en doelstellingen en passende technische oplossingen voorstellen.
- Organiseren van regelmatige opvolgmeetings met klanten.
Marktontwikkeling
- Voorbereiden van high-level kostenramingen en opstellen van commerciële voorstellen die de waarden en diensten van het bedrijf weerspiegelen.
- Cross-selling en up-selling kansen identificeren en benutten.
- Deelname aan de commerciële groeistrategie.
- Samenwerken met diverse teams om doelstellingen te bereiken.
Project Management & Reporting
- Bewaken van KPI’s in samenwerking met de Technical Project Coordinator en BU Manager.
- Regelmatige opvolging van projectvoortgang en klantcommunicatie.
- Analyse van markttrends en klantfeedback om diensten continu te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel
Jouw profiel:
- Bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma in Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica, Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Eerste ervaring in een technische sales functie, waardoor je kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten kunt identificeren.
- Klantgericht, flexibel en in staat om sterke relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden (bij voorkeur tweetalig NL/FR).
- Stressbestendig en assertief in een leidinggevende functie.
- Gestructureerde en georganiseerde werkwijze (binnen ISO9001-kader).
- Ervaring met MS Office Suite; kennis van AutoCAD of projectmanagementsoftware is een plus.
