We are now looking for an (experienced)  Account Manager that has experience with Cardiology to join our growing team in Belgium. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a strategic region and partner with leading hospitals and clinicians to drive adoption of our EP portfolio. You will join an enthusiastic team with a strong collaboration, technical expertise, and focus on customer success.

Your new role:

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for a defined region in Belgium, Wallonia and the Brussels region, managing multiple key accounts across university and regional hospitals. You will be accountable for both maintaining strong partnerships and driving new business, with a focus on building long-term relationships at all levels.

Your role will include:

• Leading commercial activities within your region, from tenders to strategic account planning
• Growing adoption of our Electrophysiology portfolio by identifying opportunities and driving market development
• Building trust with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and procurement stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, clinical, and marketing to deliver customer projects
• Acting as a strategic partner for hospitals, while ensuring execution of sales plans in the field

What you bring:

You are an experienced commercial professional with a  deep understanding of cardiac electrophysiology and a consultative approach to sales . You combine scientific insight with business acumen and enjoy engaging with clinicians and hospital decision-makers to deliver value-based solutions.

Additional requirements include:

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales in MedTech/pharma.
• In-depth EP expertise is considered a strong plus – and if you have this, less commercial experience is acceptable.
• Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally in a hospital setting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and drive for results
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel regularly within your region

Votre nouveau rôle :

En tant qu’Account Manager, vous serez responsable d’une région définie en Belgique, couvrant la Wallonie et la région de Bruxelles, et gérerez plusieurs comptes clés dans des hôpitaux universitaires et régionaux. Vous serez chargé(e) de maintenir des partenariats solides tout en développant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, avec un accent particulier sur la construction de relations à long terme à tous les niveaux.

Votre rôle comprendra :

• Piloter les activités commerciales dans votre région, des appels d’offres à la planification stratégique des comptes
• Développer l’adoption de notre portefeuille d’électrophysiologie en identifiant des opportunités et en stimulant le développement du marché
• Établir des relations de confiance avec les électrophysiologistes, cardiologues et les parties prenantes des achats
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, cliniques et marketing pour mener à bien des projets clients
• Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique pour les hôpitaux tout en assurant l’exécution des plans de vente sur le terrain

Ce que vous apportez :

Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) commercial(e) expérimenté(e) avec une solide compréhension de l’électrophysiologie cardiaque et une approche consultative de la vente. Vous alliez expertise scientifique et sens des affaires, et appréciez les échanges avec les cliniciens et les décideurs hospitaliers afin de proposer des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée.

Exigences supplémentaires :

• Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes ou en vente dans le secteur MedTech/pharma
• Une expertise approfondie en EP constitue un atout majeur – et peut compenser une expérience commerciale plus limitée
• Expérience avérée en vente consultative ou orientée solutions, idéalement en milieu hospitalier
• Excellentes compétences en négociation, communication et développement de relations
• Esprit entrepreneurial, capacité d’adaptation et orientation résultats
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (obligatoire)
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers dans votre région
